From May 1995 to the present day, he has acted and continues to act as legal counsel for the State Property Office, the National Agency for the Administration and Destruction of Assets Seized and Confiscated from Organised Crime (ANBSC) and for various Judicial Administrators and
Custodians on behalf of the Prevention Measures Section of the Courts of Palermo, Caltanissetta and Trapani, as well as on behalf of the GIPs at the Courts of Palermo, Trapani and Marsala, availing himself of the complex structure of his own firm with the collaboration of Vito Longo, Francesco Maccarone and Stefania Pizzuto, also experts in the sector, and of chartered accountants Roberto Di Salvo, Luca Orlando and Salvatore Scamarda, as well as, for the typical aspects of the law, of the accountants Roberto Di Salvo, Luca Orlando and Salvatore Scamarda. Vito Longo, Francesco Maccarone and Stefania Pizzuto, who are also experts in this field, and the chartered accountants Roberto Di Salvo, Luca Orlando, Salvatore Scamarda, as well as, for the typically corporate aspects, the advice of Not. Enrico Maccarone.

From 1995 to the present, he has coordinated, managed and supervised legal proceedings, also as liquidator, in several confiscated and public companies.
From 1990 to the present, he has been providing free legal assistance to minors and women subjected to abuse and mistreatment, filing a declaration of gratuitousness with the Palermo Bar Association.
Since 2000, following his numerous institutional appointments in the field of juvenile law, he declared to the Bar Association of Palermo his incompatibility with legal procedural activity in this field, continuing to perform only free consultancy services.

From 2012 to the present, he has provided his professional services in favour of the companies in which the Municipal Administration of Palermo holds an interest and, specifically, from 26 March 2013 to 1 September 2014, he was appointed by GESIP Palermo S.p.A. in liquidation to audit, reorganise and manage the existing and emerging litigation, as well as to provide professional assistance and advice with respect to the existing and emerging judicial and extrajudicial matters, in order to optimise the achievement of the liquidation’s objectives.

From 2012 to the present day, he is on the roll of defence counsel of AMAP S.p.A. and has provided his professional services in proceedings brought by the company.
Since 1/4/2015, he has been President of the Supervisory and Control Body of RAP S.p.A., a waste collection company wholly owned by the Municipality of Palermo.
Since 12 February 2015, he has been registered in the regional list of liquidators of cooperatives and their consortia operating in Sicily.
