Monica Peronace

Lawyer Monica Peronace, born in Locri on 2 December 1978, graduated in Law at
the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’ on 20 January 2004.

Area of activity:
From May 2004 to June 2006 he was a trainee at the Law Firm of Avvocato Vincenzo Bombardieri in Roccella Jonica, dealing with studies and issues of civil law and administrative law.
Since June 2006 he has been working with the firm of Avv. Alessandro Voglino in Rome, a specialist in tax law, formerly an expert in the subject at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Rome ‘Sapienza’ and now
at the Department of Law at the Second University of Naples, as well as Editor-in-Chief of the legal journal ‘Bollettino Tributario d’Informazioni’.

At the same time, in the period between October 2005 and January 2006, he participated in the In-depth Seminars on the Tax Process organised by the Rome Bar Association under the patronage of the University
University of Rome ‘Sapienza’ and the University of Roma Tre, and in February 2006 began collaborating with the legal journal ‘Bollettino Tributario’, on which he published several editorial notes commenting on
judgments, as well as the following signed publications: M. PERONACE, Notations on a new problematic issue in the matter of compliance judgment, in Bull. Trib., 2006, 510 ss.; ID., The invalidity of the assessment adopted without respecting the deadline for the taxpayer’s deductions on the verification operations, ibidem, 1057 ss; and ID., Critical notes on the theorized but unproven possibility of the State Attorney’s Office to defend the Revenue Agency in cassation proceedings
without the need for a specific assignment, ibid., 2017, 1688 ss.

Since November 2007 she has been authorized to practice the profession of lawyer, which she carries out mainly in tax and civil matters, having over time incardinated or sponsored over 110 proceedings before ordinary judges and tax commissions,
and collaborated in the drafting of numerous appeals and counter-appeals for cassation in tax matters.
Since January 2008 he has been a permanent member of the Editorial Board of the legal journal “Bolletino Tributario”.
Starting from the a.y. 2006/2007 and up to the academic year 2014/2015 she was expert on the subject and permanent member of the Commissions for carrying out the profit exams in the Faculty of Economics and Commerce of the University of Rome “Sapienza” for the courses of Tax Law, Corporate Tax Law I, Corporate Tax Law II, and International Tax Law, while since July 2016 he has been teaching assistant and permanent member of the Commissions for carrying out the exams in the Department of Law of the Second University of Naples for the Law course tax procedure.

In December 2014 and October 2015 he participated as a lecturer in two different editions of the “Advanced Professional Training Course in Tax Litigation” organized by the Telos Foundation – Study Center of the Order of Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome.
In February 2015 he participated as a speaker in the conference “Current issues of tax litigation” organized by the Order of Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome.

In May 2015, April 2016 and May 2017 he participated as a lecturer in three different editions of the Master in Economic-Accounting Professions organized by the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
